Married at First Sight UK star Kristina Goodsell has issued a warning to fans ahead of tonight's episode, revealing 'raw emotions' are involved.
Viewers are waiting with bated breath ahead of tonight's (28 October) commitment ceremony on MAFS UK - and it always guarantees a good episode.
It's safe to say that this year's series has seen no end of drama for the brides and grooms.

But Kristina has made a request to fans ahead of watching the upcoming instalment of the reality TV show, reminding them that each contestant is still a human who reads and feels every comment made about them.
Kristina and Kieran Chapman have been at the centre of attention during recent episodes after Kieran made a B-line for another bride.
In a controversial scene, Kieran kissed Polly Sellman - who is currently in a couple with her husband Adam Nightingale - on the lips.

Kristina demanded: "Did you just kiss another wife?"
And later admitted to her co-stars that she was 'gutted' about what she had witnessed.
Kieran has since spoken out about the smooch, claiming it was a complete accident, but fans were definitely left divided.

Before viewers tune into E4 tonight to inevitably watch the drama unfold, Kristina issued a statement on her Instagram.
She wrote: "Another couch another Commitment Ceremony, tears of happiness and tears of sadness tonight guys!"
Kristina added: "Please as always remain kind, we are only human like everyone else with raw emotions involved."

Fans in the comments said they are 'rooting' for the couple to go the distance.
One wrote: "Nice pair of humans, fun and very real."
Another said: "Rooting for you two. My fave couple this year."
While a third added: "I've never wanted a couple to stay together as much as you and Kieran... a pair of beautiful souls sat right there!"

Despite viewers longing for the pair to remain in a couple, Kieran opened up in a recent episode about where his head was at in terms of his feelings for Kristina.
"I think she is incredible but..." he admitted before making a very sad four-word admission viewers at home no doubt will be upset by: "The spark is gone."
"It's just one of those things. She is amazing," he added.
With this in mind, fans are keen to see what will happen at tonight's commitment ceremony - ultimately hoping Kieran has had a change of heart.
Married at First Sight UK airs every Monday to Thursday at 9.00pm on E4.
