MAFS UK's Polly has released a statement claiming there have been 'insane double standards' since leaving the show that she is sick of 'keeping quiet' about.
If you thought the drama would end now that the most recent series of MAFS UK is over, you were wrong.
After one almighty row with her ex-husband, Adam Nightingale, on the show, former bride Polly Sellman has lashed out on Instagram.

The scene saw Polly throw a glass of red wine at Adam during the Channel 4 reunion, branding him a 'narcissist'.
It goes without much surprise to say that the two didn't last following the show, but it seems as though Polly isn't done with telling her side of the story.
Addressing her 146k followers, she wrote: "One thing I will never allow again is people taking advantage of who I am as a person.

"I've done it for far too long with old friends and new and it's making me look like an absolute mockery to my actual friends who love and care about me."
The reality star admitted she felt like the 'upfront one' out of the cast members, branding herself 'loud, opinionated and direct'.
In the statement, she added that she's glad she realised this about herself now than in 'five years time'.
She said: "This does not give people an excuse to put their behaviour on me.

"If me voicing something someone's already done because I'm your friend and should protect you, even though quite literally hundreds of people are telling me I should be having a completely different reaction to what's been done to me, and I'm defending their behaviour, that's a little bit muggy, and I refuse to be part of that any longer."
Presumably referencing her fellow cast members, she added: "The double standard in situations since leaving the show has been absolutely insane."
Polly was confronted during the show by the experts, who said that she crossed a line by throwing the wine at Adam.

Following this, the star said there was a lot of things that she is 'sick' of.
She explained: "I'm sick of keeping quiet, sick of being there for people who aren't there for me, sick of defending people when I haven't had the same back when I've needed it and I'm sick of being a f**king mug."
She then signed the post off, wishing her followers a 'lovely Sunday'.
Quite a switch up of tone...
