Married at First Sight UK stars Kieran and Kristina have lifted the lid on their surprising dinner party behind-the-scenes secret.

This week has been quite the whirlwind for Channel 4 viewers at home and today's latest teaser for tonight's episode (24 October) proves that the drama isn't calming down anytime soon.

The clip showed Kieran appearing to get intimate another bride during a group dinner party, prompting many MAFS UK fans to be understandably concerned about the status of his relationship with Kristina.

Kieran is seen in the clip leaning down to kiss his co-star Polly - who herself is paired up with husband Adam - on the lips.

Now, while the smooch appeared to have been in jest - with Kieran, Polly and Adam laughing it off - Kristina appeared far from amused when the camera panned over to her.

"Did you just kiss another wife?" she demands to know as he struts over to her afterwards.

Later, breaking down before her fellow brides, Kristina confessed: "I'm gutted."

Kieran has since addressed the now-viral clip, taking to Instagram himself to share a series of four photos of him, Kristina and the other contestants at the dinner party.

He captioned the series of snaps with quite the teasing message.

"Did someone say 'let’s get f*cked up and have a dramatic dinner party?'" Kieran penned before he finally confessed: "I might have ACCIDENTALLY pecked another bride on the LIPS. #woops."

Cryptically, the reality TV star made sure to add: "@kristinagoodsell has the patience of a saint, and I’m super grateful for her."

While we eagerly wait on to find out what will follow in tonight's episode, the couple have already lifted the lid on what really goes down at the dinner parties on Capital FM.

"What food do we eat?!" Kieran laughed before they both admitted they were 'mortal' most nights and therefore didn't seem to end up eating much food.

"They do put food in front of you," Kieran assured before explaining: "By the time you get [to] it, by the time the cameras are set up, it does go cold. So you can pick at your cold potatoes if you want to."

Kristina added: "The dinner party is literally the only time that we all get to come together so we've got a lot to unpack, a lot to talk about."

Well, that's for sure.
