A body language expert has revealed the key difference between Married At First Sight UK couple Kristina and Kieran’s approach to their 'emotional' commitment ceremony.

During last night's episode (28 October), Channel 4 viewers watched on as the fan-favourite couple opened up about their relationship, namely their biggest fears and what they were most 'petrified' about when it came to the future.

Take a look at the touching moment here:

Speaking to the MAFS UK experts, Kieran began: "I came into this wanting to find a wife who I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. But I'm petrified."

"What specifically are you petrified about?" asked Mel, prompting Kieran to confess: "Wasting time with the wrong person.

"I'm scared of giving someone my everything for it to not work out.

"That's all that's happened throughout my whole life. One thing I told myself is that I don't want to have to carry someone again."

Kristina then questioned: "Why do you think you are gonna have to carry me?"

"I don't know," the groom candidly revealed. "It's just something that I've had in previous relationships."

The bride then declared: "I am not your ex partners. There is only one 'stina.

"She's very unique, and she's got a lot to offer. You know, I know my worth and I know what I deserve."

Since then, body language expert Darren Stanton has shared his analysis on the pair's body language and pointed to one major difference between how they both handle the more emotional moments in their relationship.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Slots, Darren told Tyla: "With Kieran, his face is incredibly red, which shows he has an attitude shift in his emotion."

This apparently means that the groom is in 'two minds' on whether to call it a day or carry on, with Darren adding: "For the moment, it’s 50/50."

"You can see him sweating a lot, which is called galvanic skin response," Darren explained. "His body is responding to the high emotion, blood and adrenaline, which is making him sweat, and his face is also very red."

His 'furrowed' forehead is also a 'sign of frustration' and his general body language clear 'is not matching or mirroring' Kristina's.

"They’re quite apart, they’re not touching each other being tactile, there’s little eye contact," Darren adds, claiming that Kieran was 'projecting a lot of his past experiences onto her'.

This, in turn, means he could have 'difficulty' with trust there.

"If you watch his foot, he’s tapping it quite a lot, which is another sign of frustrating energy, and a bit of fear," the body language expert notes.

However, the bride's body language seems to be worlds apart with Darren telling Tyla: "With Kristina, she is wanting to make it work, and is very emotionally involved in the situation.

"She is quite teary and kinaesthetic, she is responding to her thoughts and feelings externally."

Meanwhile, Kieran, he is looking up, which shows he is reflecting and thinking about the past, whereas she is accessing the present.
