Born with a rare bone growth disorder, Ukrainian youngster Natalia Grace accumulated mass infamy in 2010 when her adoptive parents claimed she'd duped them into thinking the was a six-year-old girl.
They came to believe when they welcomed her into their family home that she was actually a woman in her 20s at the time, who was suffering with a rare bone growth disorder.
Now - almost a year on from the release of a chilling documentary which saw Natalia speaking out on the incident for the very first time - one clip in particular has remained viral online.

Natalia Grace first hit headlines 14 years ago her after her parents, US locals Michael and Kristine Barnett - who adopted her in 2010 - began to suspect that their daughter wasn't the innocent youngster they thought her to be when they first brought her home.
Within a matter of months, the duo had a fair amount of evidence to support their assertion, and brought their case in front of a judge.
The Barnett's believed Natalia to be duping them, feigning to be a child when she was actually an adult with a rare disorder.

A documentary - produced by Investigation Discovery - was subsequently filmed, adding further bizarrely to the story, after Natalia claimed she had 'proof' that she was in fact, a child.
The series - titled The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Natalia Speaks - saw health experts and psychologists group together to determine Natalia's 'real' age.
And in groundbreaking plot twist, they found that Natalia she may not have been a grown-up after all, despite supposed 'proof' from the Barnetts, neighbours and experts. In the series - which landed in January - Natalia was shown being informed of the shocking news in a clip that has since remained viral.

During a conversation with TruDiagnostics age specialist, Dr Halland Chen - following a series of tests aimed at determining her chronological age, which are commonly used for insurance purposes as a means of predicting when someone is likely to die - Natalia was ruled to have been 22.
In the clip, Natalia tears up as she is told: "Based off of all the studies and everything being analysed, you’re more closer to 22.
"Which is pretty close to what you think, [that] you’re almost 20 – that's within 2 years."

Clearly moved by the results and what they mean for her struggle, an emotional Natalia says: "This is so big. This has literally been 13 years of just two people lying their butts off, they painted me as some big monster, when they were the ones.
If Chen’s findings are correct, it means Natalia was four when she came to the USA from Ukraine, before being adopted by the Barnetts when she was seven, and eight when the age change petition was filed by her adoptive parents.
Believing she was an adult all along, the Barnetts had even placed Natalia into an apartment on her own – at which point she is believed to have been just nine years old.
"I always knew I wasn’t an adult," Natalia adds, before saying ominously to the camera: "They are hiding something big, I wanna know the answers to these questions and I want people to pay for what they’ve done."
