Nicola Coughlan has opened up about her mum’s reaction to her steamy Bridgerton scenes.
Netflix viewers will no doubt still have the images of Coughlan and her co-star, Luke Newton, who starred as Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgeton respectively - or Polin for short - in the series.
From the stunning costumes to the extremely steamy sex scenes, it's clear we were all absolutely loving the latest in the Regency-era period drama, which has since been renewed for a fourth season.
However, it's clear that not everyone was a fan of the more raunchy viewing material.

Speaking on The Graham Norton Show, which is set to air this evening (13 December) at 10.40pm on BBC, Coughlan opened up about what it was like best casted for the role of Penelope at the age of 35.
"I was 35 and I realised I had never played an adult, and I was like, 'How do I do this?'" the Derry Girls star admitted.
She went on to say it was 'so weird' playing the romantic lead in the lead third season and 'getting up to sexy things'.

Coughlan also gave fans an insight into what her family made of her and Luke's super steamy scenes.
"My mother was so mad at me about those scenes - as if they were my fault, so I didn’t go to the screening with her!" she revealed.
The likes of James Bond star, Daniel Craig, and actors Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin also joined Coughlan on the sofa with Norton.
Craig was chatting about his critically acclaimed performance in the gay love story Queer, sharing with fans that while he read the writer William S Burroughs' other text, Junkie, and 'pretended to read' Naked Lunch, he 'didn't know' the Queer story.

"Burroughs’ experience of life always involved a lot of drugs, so the movie sets out to be a bit of a trip," the Knives Out star explained. "It is all slightly off kilter with a modern soundtrack and the feel of a movie from the 1940s.
"It blurs the lines around homosexuality which was illegal at the time. You had to have a male front and hide it away with no freedom of expression and I guess I’ve always been fascinated by the artifice of masculinity."
When asked if he felt freer to make a film like this now his days as 007 have come to an end, Craig admitted: "I couldn’t have done it during Bond.

"Not because I wouldn’t have wanted to, but because I would have felt really self-conscious with people thinking I was trying too hard be a good actor."
