Viewers have spotted a potential dig from Phillip Schofield, directed at his ex co-presenter Holly Willoughby, in shocking scenes from his return to TV.
Phillip, who presented ITV's beloved daytime show This Morning for more than 20 years, stepped away from the show in 2023 after his affair with a younger colleague came to light.
The 62-year-old presenter at first denied the allegations, having publicly come out as gay in 2020 to an outpouring of support.

Phillip is still married to his wife, Stephanie Lowe, whom he wed in 1993.
When admitting the rumours were true, Phillip said it was 'unwise, but not illegal.'
Many people thought he'd never return to TV again following what many saw as a fall from grace, but we were all proven wrong when he appeared in Channel 5's Cast Away last night (30 September).

The premise of the show is reality TV gold - with Phillip being stranded on a desert island off the coast of Madagascar for 10 days.
As viewers tuned in last night, they were shocked to pick up on what may have been a dig towards his ex co-presenter, Holly Willoughby, who he worked with for 14 years.
Following Phillip's departure from the show, Holly made headlines and became a meme when addressing This Morning viewers for the first time without her usual co-presenter.

Many viewers saw this to be a jibe at Holly's return to screens without him by her side.
One person wrote on X: "#phillipschofield did anyone spot his reference to Holly, asking his family ‘are you OK?’ (With a smirk)"
Another said: "Are you OK?… THAT HOLLY DIG!!!"

While a third added: "Oooh was that a cheeky dig at Holly Willoughby there Phillip? Are you OK?"
Of joining the show, Phillip explained: "This is most definitely a first for me and the only thing I felt compelled to do. It appealed to me on so many levels.
"I've recently had a lot of time to think about my life, what went right and what went wrong, but I've always had the safe arms of friends and family wrapped around me.
"This time it's just me, no 'phone, no comforts, no crew and only lip balm as a luxury."
