With millions of period-drama fans having now binged their way through the recently-added third instalment of Bridgerton - which landed on Netflix earlier this month - many are now on the look out for a new regency-era hit to sink their teeth into.
Naturally, therefore, hoards of telly-watchers are trawling through streaming service archives - including BBC iPlayer - in the hope of landing on a new series to rattle through this weekend.
And many have seemingly landed on romantic-drama Poldark, which first took to our screens all the way back in 2015, sending fans immediately wild with its huge-name cast, and intense storyline - not to mention its notoriously raunchy moments.

This week, however, a former cast member has opened up on the questionable BTS antics that went on during the show's sexiest scenes, branding the on-screen moments 'laughable'.
For those unfamiliar with the BAFTA-winning olden-days hit, allow us to fill you in on what you've missed.
The historical-drama set in 1783 - and based on a 12-book series of the same name - tells the story of Captain Ross Vennor Poldark who returns home to Cornwall following the American War of Independence only to find that things have changed since he left.
Not only has his father tragically died - leaving him his ruined estate and colossal debts - but his childhood sweetheart has fallen in love with another man, namely his own cousin. I know - it's tough out there.

Luckily, and in true BBC drama nature, the handsome war hero soon hires a beautiful young scullery maid named Demelza - who he goes on to marry and welcome a family, with the five series' focusing on their lives together.
Anyway, back to the juicy bit...
Eleanor Tomlinson - who played love interest Demelza - though she may be more famously known as Jaz from Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging - starred alongside leading man Aiden Turner in the fan-favourite series.

And though the two characters were seen relishing several intimate scenes together on the show, the 28-year-old has since opened up on how 'unromantic' these moments were, due to a particular garment that the actors wore.
Appearing on the Who Am I This Time podcast this week, Eleanor said: "There is nothing quite like [filming a sex scene] in terms of nudity.
"There is nothing more strange and terrifying but also in terms of creating a relationship with another actor. Someone that you have never met, or only met a couple of days ago.

"You are having to do a scene where you've been married for three years, or you will be all cuddled up in bed together."
Branding the moment 'hilarious', she went on to confess: "The sex scenes in Poldark are laughable.
"What you don't see is that we are both wearing tracksuits under the duvet covers and it is the most unromantic thing imaginable.
"You know they say "action" and we do our job and they say "cut" and we carry on talking like mates."
