The Finnish version of The Traitors has been postponed after a contestant was murdered.
On Sunday night (20 October), 29-year-old Janne Puhakka, was killed after being allegedly shot by his ex partner, Rolf Nordmo, 66, in the city of Espoo.
Nordmo reportedly confessed to the murder after he and Puhakka, who was the country’s first openly gay ice hockey player, broke up several weeks back.

Puhakka had been a contestant on season two of the Finnish version of the TV show - named Petolliset.
The show in question, which is based on the Dutch series De Verraders, has more than 20 versions around the world.
The UK version, which is hosted by Claudia Winkleman and broadcast on the BBC, sees 22 strangers move into a castle in the Scottish Highlands to complete a series of challenges and missions together in the hopes of winning a cash prize of up to £120,000.

However, among the loyal contestants are three traitors are secretly lurking, sabotaging their efforts and picking off contestants one by one.
The 'faithfuls' must root out the traitors in order to win or risk losing everything.
The season Puhakka appeared in had been filmed earlier this year with the finale due to air this Thursday (24 October).

Following his death, Finnish network, Nelonen, has issued a statement on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the network captioned a written statement: "Information regarding the Petolliset show finale."
Translated from Finnish, it read: "The final episode of the season of Petolliset was scheduled to be shown on Thursday of this week.
"We have come to the conclusion that right now is not the right time to air an episode.

"We will return to the question of the possible presentation of the episode later.
"We share in the grief of Jaane’s loved ones."
Finnish police report that Puhakka, who first met Nordmo back in 2014, was killed after returning to a home he shared with him.

According to the Wrap, Nordmo is currently in police custody and has been charged with murder.
He's also reportedly confessed and admitted the end of their relationship had been 'the motive for the crime'.
Officials say the crime had been 'committed with premeditation and in a particularly brutal and cruel manner'.
