If you're looking for a quick and easy snack that can satisfy your sweet tooth, then the trendiest new recipe on TikTok is just what you need!

Banana sushi is a super simple and guaranteed delicious dessert that you can whip up in under five minutes.

Sounds like a winner to us!

Check out the recipe here:

Besides the mouth-watering deliciousness of it all, people are falling in love with this recipe because it's so effortless. You can make it as basic or as boujie as you like!

One thrilled TikTok user commented: "I can actually do that!"

Another wrote: "These were (past tense shortly after making) delicious! Thanks!"

All you need is a tortilla, a banana, and your own choice of spreads and fillings.

While the above video opts for nut butter, honey, and granola, people are creating their own versions of banana sushi with anything from Nutella or melted chocolate to cornflakes, cinnamon, walnuts or coconut chips. The possibilities are endless!

Simply put your spread of choice on your tortilla wrap, making sure it covers the entire surface evenly.

Then peel your banana and add it to the tortilla, as well as any other toppings you might have picked out.

Finally, roll up your tortilla and chop up the roll into little sushi-sized pieces.

Want to go all-out on the sushi theme?

Use a pair of chopsticks to chow down on your banana sushi and add a little dipping bowl of yoghurt, melted chocolate, custard, or jam on the side.

If you're looking for more sweet treats this weekend, why not try out these deliciously adorable sleeping bear 'pain au chocolat' pastries?

The simple dessert has also taken off on TikTok as people try their hand at creating their own little teddy bear beds. We guarantee they're the cutest things you will ever eat!

Check out the recipe and watch how they're made.
