One woman shocked her TikTok followers when she showed them how her face changed over the course of her pregnancy.
The creator Savannah Scott (@savannahlynnbeauty) created a slideshow of how her face looked before she fell pregnant and compared it to how she's looking now, writing that she "can't wait to look like [her] normal self again."

While some of Savannah's followers were floored by the dramatic change, others revealed that the same thing had happened to them when they were expecting.
One viewer wrote: "Omg yes my face completely changed but it was like in the third trimester I was swollen all over"
Another commented: "Girl my face swelled so much during my pregnancy too! It’s so normal and eventually goes back down with time❤️"
"My face did the same thing during pregnancy! I was scared it would go back to normal but it did 🥰" added a third.
Some viewers explained that they had experienced other bizarre physical changes during their own pregnancies.
One wrote: "My nose grew so much during pregnancy but went back to normal a few days after birth. I didn’t [realise] how bad it was til I look back at photos lmao."
A second commented: "When I was pregnant I had to wear flip-flops during the winter because my feet were so swollen I couldn't fit in my boots."
Women who haven't had children were terrified by the comments, joking that they didn't want to get pregnant anymore.
"Why does this happen/: they always say pregnancy is the most beautiful thing but for who??! The baby? Smh" read one comment.
Another said: "I wish humans could just lay eggs when they want a baby."
While some of the comments bordered on cruel, Savanna had no time for any bull****, and responded: "I had a c-section and I'm 10 times more swollen than I ever was even during the pregnancy.
"But honestly, I don't give a f***. I'm healing and I'm healthy and I don't give a f***."
Swelling is perfectly normal and natural when a woman is pregnant, as a woman's body tends to retain more water during this time.
The NHS website gives advice to help ease swelling, urging those who are suffering to avoid standing for long periods, wear comfortable clothing, drink plenty of water and get as much rest as possible.
Earlier this week, we told you about another mum-to-be who shocked her followers when she revealed the unusual shape of her baby bump.
Michella Meier Morsi had been documenting her progress while carrying triplets when people started to notice that her baby belly stretched out long.
The Danish mum confessed that she was suffering from "extreme pain" as a result.
