A mum has just made bedtime ten times easier after showing off the genius hack she uses in her household.

Influencer Lauren Giesting has reduced her kids' bedtime routine from over an hour down to just ten minutes with nothing more than a sheet of paper, some markers, and velcro stickers.

Want to find out how? Check this out:

"This has been a game-changer in our household", says Lauren as she zooms in on her kids' bedtime schedule.

"My amazing mother made these for my kids because our bedtime has been disastrous.

"And I have never seen my kids more excited to brush their teeth and put on their pyjamas and read a book before."

She claimed: "It has turned our bedtime routine from 30 [minutes], maybe an hour, to ten minutes. Amazing."

The bedtime schedule has seven different tasks that her kids have to complete, including 'go potty', 'wash or bath', 'brush teeth', 'drink water', 'put on pyjamas', 'hugs & kisses', and 'read books'.

Every time they finish one of their tasks, the kids get to fasten the velcro stickers together.

It's easy to see how this simple little craft could make bedtime fun, or even turn it into a game.

Everyone say 'thank you' to Lauren's mum!

Needless to say, people were blown away by the simple, yet effective bedtime schedule, with followers rushing to the comments to thank her for making bedtime a whole lot easier.

"Too cute! Would definitely use this!" wrote one mum.

"Trying this out for sure! And possibly a morning routine one too. My son does not do too well for both", commented a second.

"Wow!!!! I'm definitely going to do this!!!", added a third.

And a fourth admitted: "I NEED this in my life! Bedtime is the worst time ever."

But, not all parents were as hopeful about the bedtime tool. Some worried that the simple piece of paper wouldn't last very long in their own homes - especially with little hands around.

"I don’t want to set myself up for failure", worried one parent.

"Yeah that would last about 5 minutes in my house before my son ripped it down or just plain ignored it", complained a second.

Overall, though, the hack has been a huge success among parents so far, with some followers already making their own and making their own additions.

In fact, people are so impressed, they're starting to wonder if there's a version available for adults, too!

"Need this for my husband", joked one mum.

If anyone finds one, let me know. Asking for a friend...
