Though an official cause of death has not yet been announced by her loved-ones, Chelsea's friends and families have already rallied together to set up a fundraiser for her.
Her best friend Hollie Simpson hoped that the money they could raise using GoFundMe would help the grief-stricken family at this emotionally turbulent time.
"If you were lucky enough to know Chelsea and have her touch your heart like she did so many, hold these memories close and carry her with you always," Hollie wrote on the fundraiser's site.

"As friends and family, we have all witnessed the incredible love and kindness she poured into others, and in this heartbreaking time we want to ease the financial burden for her family to allow them to focus their time and energy on the children.
"Rest easy our angel, we will take care of Jimmy and the kids."
Hollie has so far raised close to $10,000 of a $20,000 goal in just under a week. You can donate here.

Another of Chelsea's closest friends went on to describe her as a 'star in every which way'.
"We will do our very best to make sure your kids and jimmy know you love them so so much and be like their mother and never give in or up," they gushed on Facebook.
"We are not even close to stand in her shoes and try to keep her family perfectly loved and cared for like she did - but we gotta try to be brave now."
The heartbreaking news comes just hours after another Australian man discovered his fiancée had tragically died in a car crash after getting an alert on his phone.
