September can of course only mean one thing... the kids are back at school, much to the delight of stressed parents.

But while parents hope that the drama will all die down now all the kids are back at school, that is sometimes not the case.

Since millions of kids returned to the classroom last week, we've heard a bunch of nightmarish stories.

Perhaps the most prominent one is the drama surrounding the school that has banned Vivienne Westwood shoes.

But now, one mum has shared a story on how she dumped a young girl's lunch in the bin after she stole her daughter's new lunchbox.

The Daily Mail reports that the mum was unpacking her daughter's backpack after a hard day's graft when she noticed her brand new lunch box was missing.

While this may not be that big of a deal for a lot of parents as you can get a reasonable lunch box for around a tenner, this particular lunch holder cost a whopping £40.

The furious mum's daughter revealed that one of her classmates took the lunchbox off her and refused to give it back.

But the teacher insisted she 'drop the matter' because it was 'just a lunchbox'.

The mum requested a meeting with said teacher and the principal to discuss the act of stealing, with the school apparently insisting that the student should keep the lunchbox for an extra day because she bought food in it.

However, the mum had other plans and was certainly not going to allow that to happen - so she took matters into her own hands.

Revealing all, the student who took the lunch box has been named as Audrey for privacy reasons by the mum.

As per the Mail, she said: "I politely requested Audrey give my daughter her lunchbox back, but she started crying.

"The teacher asked if it would be okay if Audrey kept it for the day since her food was already in there, but I refused and said they had five minutes to find something else to put her food in or I would be dumping it out.

The mum requested a meeting with the school following the lunchbox altercation.

"Instead of finding her a closed container they begun arguing with me so I stood up and grabbed the bento box and threw the food in the trash."

The mum is certainly not feeling guilty about her act of revenge, stating that the school provides students with a free lunch.

She concluded: "Audrey can afford her own bento box, we live in a high-income neighbourhood. She took my daughter's lunch because she's a bully and the school doesn't discipline her."
