Pornhub has revealed just how many women used the site this year and the amount may actually surprise you.
You'll no doubt be familiar with Pornhub's Year in Review findings sharing all the ins and outs of all its users' preferred thing to watch while they *ahem* you know.
Now, we've already looked into just how much the different generations differ when it comes to what they search for when they want to get their rocks off - but what's the crack when it comes to how men and women use the site?

Interestingly, women worldwide accounted for 38 per cent of all visitors to Pornhub.
The proportional growth in 2024 was +7 per cent, which is a pretty significant jump and could be evidence of 'changing perceptions around women viewing porn'.
Breaking it down even further, the statisticians explained that there is an overlap between categorical interests of men and woman users each year.

"For example, the favourite category of men was Japanese again this year, just like it was in 2023. For women, Japanese was their 2nd favourite category, the same as it was in 2023," they share.
Another category which saw a 'rising interest' between both men and women was the MILF category.
For men, it rose +2 spots to become their 2nd favourite, and for women it rose +4 spots to be their 3rd favourite category.

And, for the first time ever, Anal is now equally popular with men and women, as it’s the 4th most viewed category for both genders, increasing by +2 for women.
There's not been a whole lot of change in category preference for men since 2023 as Japanese, Ebony, Transgender, Lesbian, Threesome, Hentai and Big D*ck all remained in the same place as last year.
"Asian saw a boost of +5 spots and French saw an increase of +9, which makes sense with the Olympics being held in France this year," the statisticians theorise.

Women, however, seemed to have a slightly more varied sexual appetite with the experts detailing: "The same categories as last year shifted a few spots, not changing much.
"However, Ebony dropped –4 spots, Brazilian jumped up +10, and Bisexual Male rose +3."
And, in terms of which categories were viewed more by women compared to men, the results were way more 'obvious'.
Scissoring was watched more by women by +143% while P*ssy Licking was more by +103%, Solo male by +88%, Fingering by +71%, Muscular Men by +70%, and Popular With Women by +68%.

Additionally, women also showed a +60% interest in Bisexual Male and were +45% more likely to view the Romantic category.
