The woman who was abandoned by her date after ordering 48 oysters has been slammed for how much she left as the tip.
TikTok user @equanaaa was taken out for a date by a man who’d been keen to do so for ‘weeks’, with the pair visiting the Fontaine’s Oyster House in Atlanta for a romantic evening.
However, things didn’t turn out quite so well – as was evident when the bloke decided to do a runner.

When they arrived at the restaurant, @equanaaa decided to make the most of the signature dish and ordered herself a plate of 12 oysters, costing $15 apiece.
She enjoyed them so much that she ordered another three plates, much to her date’s surprise.
In a now-viral TikTok clip, she explained: “Y’all, when the fourth [plate] came out, he was looking at me crazy. I didn’t give a f**k.

“I’m like, ‘Baby, you invited me out. I’m going to eat'.”
And she didn’t stop there, also tucking in to some crab cakes and potatoes - all washed down with lemon drop martinis.
At some point after the bill landed on their table, her date excused himself and said he needed to use the toilet.
However, he didn’t come back.

“Running out on a tab is crazyyy,” the TikToker told her date in a message afterwards.
In response, he hit back: “I offered to take you out for drinks and you ordered all that food.
“I can CashApp the total for the drinks.”
After she posted the video, many people couldn’t help but notice one small detail.

“N then you only left $11 for a tip,” one commented.
Someone else said: “You broke too huh?”
And a few were quick to suggest their ideas of how much she should have tipped.

But after receiving criticism, @equanaaa hit back with another video explaining how much she really tipped.
“Baby I left $11 cash, and $15 on my card, and mind you I paid for the n*****’s drink as well, the f***?” she explained.
But people were still shock by the whole debacle, with one writing: “You should have paid that man for sitting there having to listen to you slurp that many oysters bro.”
Someone else said: "184 [dollars] for oysters is crazy lmao.”
Another said: “Tipping is so important I don't trust anyone who doesn't tip well.”
A third commented: “If only that was still a decent tip.”
