A mum was almost reduced to tears after reading the heartwarming note a stranger left for her after she'd surprised the family by paying for their breakfast.
The mum was out enjoying some food at Sunshine Coast café with her husband and their two young sons, aged three and 15 months old.
The family had plans later to visit the Sea Life aquarium and the mum was busy juggling her toddlers while trying to spend some quality time out of the home.

At one point. She noticed a woman sitting at the next table with a book in hand, and immediately apologised for her son’s noise in case they were disturbing her reading.
She wrote on Facebook to explain in a group called The Kindness Pandemic: “I immediately apologised to the lovely lady sitting near us as she had a book and I was afraid the boys wouldn’t be too peaceful.
“We were chatting for a little and then she left after her breakfast.”

But she could have never imagined that the lady had silently paid for her bill after watching her with her boys.
The mum almost cried after going to the till and she found that the lady had left her a note to tell her why she’d paid for her.
The note said: “It was such a pleasure sharing my brekkie space with you.

“Please keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve got a beautiful family.
“Hopefully you can splurge a little more at Sea Life today. Love Em.”
After reading the note, the mum shared online that she ‘almost cried’.
She said: “She paid for us... And her kind words were what I needed to hear."

In the hopes of finding Em, the mum shared her story to Facebook so that it would eventually come across the kind stranger.
She wrote: “If you are Em staying in Mooloolaba for work and went to a quirky local that’s your favourite — you are an amazing soul.
“Thank you, thank you. We will pay it forward.”

Droves of commenters took to the post to express their happiness at reading something so heart-warming, one person replied: “I love this so much... have little tears coming out.”
Another said: “What a beautiful person Em clearly is. This was so gorgeous to read.”
An older lady spoke about how nice it is to see families out and about together: “Lovely lady. Your children were being just that, children. Don’t apologise about them.
"I am 82 this year and love the fact that mums and dads can occasionally take their children for breakfast, never happened in my day.
“Enjoy it. Most of us older folk love children and like to see families doing this together.”
Hopefully we’ll get an update pronto about whether mysterious Em reconnected with the mum.
