A blogger has shared the devious way one of her community members got their own back on a man after he left dog faeces outside of their home.
Mum and pooch owner Fran was trawling through her dedicated Facebook group page, Whinge Whinge Wine, when she uncovered a golden nugget.
Under one of her recent posts, she’d discovered how one neighbour confessed to completing the ‘proudest and pettiest moment’ of their life.

After scouting out the comment, the blog writer shared a screenshot of the confession to her 74,000 followers and wrote: “Sometimes the comments on my ridiculous posts are. I am here for this.”
The sentiment was accompanied by the original poster’s comment, which began: “Someone let their dog s**t on our drive.
“We had a security camera. I trawled through hours of footage, found the incident (bloke stood and watched his dog take a lengthy crap, looked around then walked off).”

They then continued to write that after scouting out the footage, they took a screengrab of the perpetrator.
From there, they posted the picture into the dedicated WhatsApp group for their street and let the community do their work.
“Found the culprit and his address,” they continued. “Printed the screen grab, laminated it, picked up the s**t and stapled the bag to the laminated picture.
“Then left it on his doorstep. Proudest and pettiest moment of my life.”

Following the unhinged confession, viewers of the now-viral post have come out in droves to praise the anonymous user.
One Facebook group member wrote: “It’s the laminating that really sets this apart! Pure quality!”
A second said: “Now that’s a level of pettiness I can get behind.”

Elsewhere, a user of X, formerly known as Twitter, commented: “Good for you! I cannot stand dog owners believing the 'poop fairy' cleans up after their dog when they choose not to. It’s a filthy disgusting habit."
However, not everyone was on board with the lengths this neighbour had gone to.
One Facebook user wrote: “Could have been done for littering.”

Another said: “Jeez, do folk go to those ridiculous lengths? Back in the day we'd just pass it by and wait for it to turn white, whereby it would then crumble away.”
Meanwhile, another X user said: “I would have done something a tiny bit differently. When I got to the guy’s house, I would have opened the poo bag and dumped the poo on the guy’s front porch.”
Following the social media star’s viral post, Fran followed up by writing: “This was in the comment section on my Facebook page. My Facebook followers are, by and large, f*****g epic.”
