People are shocked by how much a TikToker earns from her waitressing job.
I did my time as a waitress and was pretty convinced I'd left my long 10-12-hour shifts and life of aching feet behind me, but if I could earn nearly £300 in one single day? When do I start?
A TikToker has opened up about how much she earned from a nine-hour shift while working at a pizzeria.

In a post to TikTok Haven - @haven.tunin, who as well as working as a waitress is also an artist - explains she did a nine-hour shift but 'only took one table' the whole shift.
She says: "Let's do my server check out after a nine-hour shift.
"They currently owe me 183. I only took one single table tonight - it was a 25 top and their grat[uity] was $85 (£66) and then they tipped me $35 (£27) on top of it, so I got $115 (£89) from one table tonight.

"But the rest of these were from this morning. I'm going to go to my bar and get my money and see how much I made."
The TikToker reveals she made a total of $293 (£229) on a nine-hour shift - which works out at $32.50 (£25.40) an hour.
"Honestly not that bad because I only took one table tonight. I could've took more, I was just kind of lazy," she adds.

If Haven thinks that's 'not that bad', she should try working as a waitress in the UK - for reference, I was paid £8.50 per hour when I worked in a bar and the average salary is £12 an hour according to Talent.com.
Not only that, but the one table Haven served also left her cake.
And the TikToker was able to sit down and 'read some of [her] book for an hour' with 'nothing' else 'to do' because it was so quiet.
Where does Haven work and how do I sign up?

Well, if you did fancy a change in career, the TikToker works at Greek's Pizzeria according to her t-shirt.
Indeed, one other user wrote: "You’re making me want to get into serving."
However, as another user noted, just because it's like that one day, doesn't mean you receive that amount of money consistently.

"Y’all its not like this everyday! I’ve walked out in the negative one day and with $200+ (£156+) the next it’s a rollercoaster," they said.
Haven also noted: "It's good money but it takes a lot out of me."
