A fed-up woman has put a pin in doing chores and shared the results online after her husband claimed she did 'nothing' around the house.
On Saturday (3 June), TikTok user @lindsaydonnelly2 shared a video to the platform, where she showed off the state of her home after two days of refusing to tidy.
To explain the situation, she overlayed text that read: “My husband made a comment that I do nothing around the house. "So for two days, I really did nothing around the house.”

In the clip, Donnelly first showed off her kitchen which was littered with her child’s toys, dirty crockery, and bits of random paper.
She then manoeuvred the camera through to the dining room, where her long wooden table had used glasses, a white shirt, and an iron on it.
Going over to the living room, she then shows off overflowing piles of laundry and clothes strewn across her sofa.

And, at the end of the TikTok, she included a shot of her chaotic bathroom.
The video has since gone viral and has amassed millions of views and accumulated thousands of comments.
Many TikTok users flocked to the mum’s video to identify with the situation, while others said she should divorce her husband.
One viewer wrote: “Him: I don’t clean it as well as you! Me in baby talk: Don’t worry honey you’ll get better at it next times since mommy didn’t teach you how.”

A second said: “My future guy is gonna be walking on eggshells, because if he said something like this to me I’d just leave.”
While one person commented: “Mine goes on a chore frenzy every time I’m out (sic) with girlfriends. That’s how he shows he appreciates how hard I work to keep the house tidy. Don’t settle ladies.”
One TikTok user said it was 'sad that you need to play his game', adding: "It still won't work. He'll pretend to not notice.”

While another wrote: “How is it possible to do such a mess in a big house in 2 days?!”
However, in a follow-up video, her husband joined her to explain the situation and said that he had since apologised for the comment.
And since then, Donnelly has shown that she has a sense of humour around her viral video.
In one video, she wrote: “My beige flag is that I have a good sense of humour but if you cross me, I might kind of accidentally roast you in a TikTok video and let 7 million people join in on the fun.”

And in her newest video, she wrote that she 'roasted my almost perfect husband', adding that he 'cleans daily more than I do'.
