A woman died in a car crash just weeks after sharing an eerie ‘future funeral’ post.

Venezuelan beauty queen Ariana Viera, 26, who was based in Florida, died of her injuries after she was involved in a road accident in Orlando on 13 July, according to her mother Vivian Ochoa.

Viera’s mother claims her daughter was suffering from fatigue and fell asleep at the wheel before colliding with the vehicle in front of her.

At the time of the accident, Viera was preparing to take part in a beauty contest in New York City. She was also due to represent Venezuela at the Miss Latin America of the World 2023 competition in the Dominican Republic in October.

Following the collusion, Viera received aid from paramedics at the scene and was revived twice but died on the way to the hospital, her mother said in an interview with Telemundo 31.

Ochoa explained: “They revived her, she had a heart attack, they revived her again and when they were going to take her to trauma care, she had nothing left.

“My girl fell asleep, she was tired.”

“She helped too many people," she added. "She would stop everything to help you or listen to you. She was always there for her friends, her brothers, her mother.”

Ariana Viera posted about her funeral in May.

Viera had posted a video on her Instagram account on 2 May with the translated caption: “Filming myself for my future funeral because it's always me in the videos, no one else does it.”

The post, which uses the P. Diddy song ‘I’ll Be Missing You’, has received renewed attention after Viera’s death, with many followers leaving tributes to the model.

One shocked Instagram user commented: “Holy God I hadn't seen this!”

Another person wrote: “What a bad joke this is... and now it's reality.”

Viera was planning to represent her country at the Miss Latin America of the World 2023.

A third instagram user shared: “I had not seen this.. Holy God... foretelling her future. What a pain to see this like this!”

“What a sad and unfortunate prediction,” another commented. “Strength to her family.”

While one social media user wrote: “Wow! God have you in the Glory. Strength to your family. So difficult to see this post.”

In a social media post, Viera's mother expressed her sorrow after her daughter's death and shared how she is 'full of pain and sadness' over her loss.

"I only ask God for strength and strength to carry on with my family and my children, as well as I ask for protection for them," she said.

Ochoa described Viera as 'light, her joy, her desire to live', adding: "Honesty I don't know how our lives will go on without you.

"I just wish I could hug you and kiss you... hear your laugh."
