A lip reader has revealed what 'annoyed' King Charles said as Queen Camilla visibly struggled during a chaotic public appearance yesterday (15 July).
The pair watched a military parade in St Helier, Jersey, as part of a two-day visit to the Channel Islands where Camilla seemingly battled with the elements as she tried to put on another layer.
Footage of the incident has since made its rounds across social media, with one expert now weighing in with exactly how they reckoned King Charles responded to the blunder.

The King, 75, seemed pretty miffed as his wife, 76, struggled to put on her turquoise jacket before reportedly snapping at a nearby aide.
Camilla opened up her perspex brolly and couldn't manage to get her arm through her coat while the King, also holding an umbrella, tried to give her a hand before asking the aide for assistance.
Lip reader Jacqui Press told MailOnline that Charles told Camilla: "Move your arm through the back," before turning to an aide and saying 'come and help her!'

In other royal news, the royal children were spotted at two of the year's biggest sporting events.
Prince George, 11, was seen with Prince William at the Euros while Princess Charlotte, nine, was seen with Kate at the Wimbledon finals on Sunday (14 July).
Now, we already saw the massive standing ovation the Princess of Wales received after appearing in the Royal Box at Centre Court to watch the match in her all-purple ensemble.
And, footy fans caught a glimpse of the two Princes who cheered on as Cole Palmer scored England's equaliser against their Spanish opponents during the second-half of the game.

However, many people watching the two major sporting events at home seem to have one question in mind about a certain royal youngster.
So, we all know where Charlotte and George were - but where on earth was Prince Louis?
Putting all the speculation to bed, the Prince and Princess of Wales have since taken to social media themselves to reveal exactly where Louis was - at home!

They shared a snap of Charlotte and Louis watching the Euros final wearing football shirts with their names on the back.
"England, your teamwork, grit and determination were an inspiration to all of us, young and old. Congratulations to Spain. W & C," they captioned the post.
Following England's gutting defeat, they all assured on X: "This time it just wasn’t meant to be. We’re all still so proud of you. Onwards @England. W."
