Women say they’ve found a £7 accessory that's making their beauty regime a hell of a lot easier.

Shoppers have stumbled across a little-known shaving product that boasts some seriously impressive reviews; with one user claiming it's reduced her armpit hair regrowth 'in as little as one week'.

We are listening.

According to the brand, one user presented ‘fewer and less long hairs’ just seven days after using the product in comparison to their regular razor. Just one look at the ‘before’ and ‘after’ photographs below and we were sold.

To put this into perspective, armpit hair typically grows to a maximum length of two to three inches every couple of months on average. Once a hair has reached its maximum length, it will fall out and the follicle will develop a new hair and the process repeats (lucky us).

But this razor brand says it can cut down the speed at which hair grow back. After testing the razor on 30 people, results showed 'no ingrown hairs, less regrowth, and no razor burn'.

Understandably, the razor in question has racked up hundreds of five-star reviews online, with many customers saying ‘they have been converted’.

“I tried this product on the recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint.” one five-star review reads. “Beautiful grip, worked well on my bikini line, legs, and underarms. I have quite sensitive skin and this razor didn’t cause any irritation or bumps. I’ll be repurchasing.”

Another agreed, as they wrote: “I used this in a sensitive area and am just amazed at how effective it worked. There was no burn, no nicks and no itch afterwards. Pleasantly surprised and very pleased. I’m sold.”

“I have sensitive skin and so I find shaving tricky with some other well-known brands. But I am so pleased to say that this one doesn't bring me out in bumpy rashes even on my underarm and bikini line,” they continued. “I'm a 100% convert and from an eco point of view, it's amazing to know that it's compostable too. Big thumbs up here.”

What is the disposable razor everyone is talking about?

We’re talking about the Nimbi disposable razor, of course. The world’s first razor created by a woman (yes, seriously), it’s designed to tackle long, coarse hair with a single, super-sharp blade. Made from Swedish premium steel, it promises to glide through your facial, underarm, and bikini hair with acute precision - no matter how long you leave it.

The best part? According to the brand, an estimated 5 billion razors are thrown away each year and this is the first plastic-free, 100% compostable razor to enter the market. Made from waste wood pulp cellulose, clay, and pine oil, it will simply break down after use for a guilt-free shave every time.

A £6.99 pack includes four razors (12 shaves per razor) with black and white to choose from. There is also the opportunity to purchase luxury shave foam 'pucks' for an extra smooth shave.

Where to buy the razor in the UK now

A pack of four razors is now available on the Nimbi website for £6.99. You can also purchase shea butter soap pucks for £6.99 each in a range of colours to suit your bathroom aesthetic.
