Earlier this week, Elon Musk was accused of 'forgetting' his son as he walked off stage at Donald Trump's Make America Great Again Victory Rally in Washington DC.
The clip, resurfaced from January, saw the tech billionaire bring his son, 'Little X' along to the event, but people were confused when Musk walked off stage - seemingly without him.
However, all is not as it seems, with new footage of the moment changing people's opinions.
Initially, people assumed Musk had left his four-year-old on stage as he walked down the steps.

"This is one of the saddest things I've ever seen," one said.
While another added: "That baby is just an accessory."
But a second video seems to reveal the truth over what happened.
In the clip, Musk can be seen walking off stage, when X runs off in the opposite direction.

He gestures for X to follow him, and the four-year-old turns around and heads down the steps behind his dad, with Musk checking a few times to make sure he was there.
"A video of Elon Musk 'abandoning' baby X went viral yesterday, with many people accusing him of using his child as a prop. Here’s a full unedited video from a different angle. You be the judge," one person wrote on X.
While another added: "A child surrounded by bodyguards and a dad checking on him twice, how is this 'abandonment'?"

And a third said: "The video shows Elon to be an attentive dad. It is easy for people to mislead using edited footage."
However, another wrote: "He’s not ignoring his kid, but his instincts are a bit lacking. Maybe it’s the constantly worried mom in me, but letting toddlers go down stairs by themselves make me incredibly nervous."

Little X also appeared alongside his dad at the White House earlier this month, while Musk presented a press conference alongside Trump.

The pair answered a series of questions from reporters while witnessing Trump sign an executive order requiring federal agencies to cooperate with the Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) efforts to cut costs.
But some weren't impressed with Musk bringing Little X along.
One Twitter user slammed: "America is a joke. Bringing a child to work during conferences is unprofessional especially if the child speaking while you interviewed."
"How unprofessional - with all the money Elon Musk has surely he can afford a babysitter! How dare he bring his kid into the Oval Office in front of the world’s press - this is what we have come to," hit out a second.
