An insider has revealed how the royal family responded to the private messages that Prince Harry's book unveiled between Meghan and Kate.
In his bombshell memoir, Spare, which came out last year, the Duke of Sussex didn't hold back on publishing the most private of details from the life of the royal family.
From fights with his brother to sexual encounters, it seems hardly anything was left out.

Harry also leaked private messages between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, which were sent four days before the Duke and Duchess' wedding.
This was in response to the relentless tabloid reports that Meghan allegedly made Kate cry in the run-up to the ceremony.
In her Oprah interview, Meghan insisted it was the other way around, but added: "I don't think it's fair to her to get into the details, because she apologised. And I've forgiven her."
But it wasn't long before Harry revealed all.

Of course, the royal family weren't best pleased to read a lot of what Harry wrote in his book, but the messages were stand-out in particular.
According to a royal insider, who spoke to Us Weekly, Buckingham Palace 'didn't love' the fact that Harry released private messages.
They said: "They claim it’s just part of the story, and in any event, it’s egregious of Harry to publish these abbreviated excerpts."

The messages in question were surrounding the questionable fit of the bridesmaids dresses.
Kate allegedly sent Meghan a message which said: "Charlotte’s dress is too big, too long, too baggy.
"She cried when she tried it on at home."
To which Meghan supposedly responded: "Right, and I told you the tailor has been standing by since 8 a.m. Here. At KP. Can you take Charlotte to have it altered, as the other mums are doing?”

Harry noted in his book that Meghan 'was under intense stress at the time', dealing with the fallout surrounding news that her father, Thomas Markle Sr., was staging paparazzi photos ahead of the wedding.
Since the text messages were revealed, the royal tailor who fixed the dresses has spoken out.
Luxury tailor Ajay Mirpui spoke to the Daily Mail, and said: "I feel for them all because you wouldn’t want the children to go out on a big stage in an ill-fitting dress - and that’s what they were.

"All six bridesmaids’ dresses had to be fixed, and we did it. We had to work tooth and nail for four days, four of us working until 4 am three nights in a row, to make them fit.
"We left Windsor Castle at 10pm, the night before the wedding."
