Meghan Markle has shown her support for her Suits co-star Patrick J.Adams after he spoke about their friendship on a recent podcast episode.

Before becoming a member of the British Royal Family, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, starred in the American legal drama alongside the Canadian actor, also 44.

Meghan played the role of paralegal Rachel Zane for seven seasons between 2011 and 2018, with the likes of Adams, Gabriel Macht, Sarah Rafferty, and more.

But ultimately, she left the fan-favourite TV show, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, in 2017 to focus on her new life and impending marriage to Prince Harry in May 2018.

In the show, her character's romance was with Adams' character Mike Ross, with the pair getting into relationship at the end of season two and a wedding later taking place in the season seven finale.

During a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Adams discussed what it was like working with the Duchess.

He also talked about Netflix’s With Love, Meghan, and joked that even though host Hirsch did, he didn't ‘get a jam’ or ‘anything’ from Meghan following the launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever, in 2025.

He sarcastically said that he didn't ‘have enough followers’ to warrant a PR packages from his former on-screen wife.

However, Meghan has since responded, and it's good news - it seems she has nothing but love for her former Suits co-star.

And more importantly, his jam is officially on the way.

As per HELLO! Magazine, Meghan commented on a clip from the podcast: "Jams en route for you @patrickjadams & @sleepinthegardn Hugs to those beautiful babies.

"Send my love to your mom."

For context, Adams is married to fellow actress and Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario, and the couple shares three children, with the youngest arriving in January of this year.

Elsewhere in the interview, Adams joked about his cheeky Instagram bio, which says: "The other guy from that show that you're watching on that app because that girl married that prince.”

When Hirsch brought it up, Adams admitted: “I've got to change that."

He said: "It's the sort of thing that wherever Meghan is, if she's ever read that, she's going, 'Patrick, give me a break'.

“I got a lot of eye rolls. That was a constant with Meghan, her rolling her eyes at me like, ‘Oh my god, what are you doing?'”

He was also asked if his former co-star had ever called him out for the social media jibe, to which he explained: "No, never, but I'm sure I got an eye roll."
