The TV presenter who asked an 'insensitive' question about Kate Middleton's appearance has explained the reason behind her comment as she admitted she's now got the police involved.
Over the weekend, Kate, 42, attended two events - the Festival of Remembrance on Saturday (9 November) and the Cenotaph's Remembrance Sunday service the following day.
The weekend's events were the biggest royal outings Kate has made since she announced her diagnosis with cancer earlier this year.
Following Kate's return, many fans were outraged after a comment Kaur made online.

It all kicked off on Twitter when Kaur quoted a tweet from the Daily Mail Online about the Princess of Wales' 'aged' appearance at the Remembrance Sunday memorial.
Speaking of Kate, who announced she finished her chemotherapy treatment in early September, Kaur, 51, wrote: "Genuine question - why has Kate aged so much? Isn't she only 42?"
Kaur added: "Is she a smoker? It's the only explanation."
The tweet caused major outrage online, with royal fans left horrified and many calling the comment 'disgusting'.

Kaur later spoke about the tweet, explaining her reasoning behind the question.
Speaking on the Jeremy Vine Show, Kaur explained: "No matter how much I try and convince people that wasn't my intention, they're not going to believe it.
"My intention, it's in the tweet, was to say 'is she a smoker?' Anybody who knows me knows I'm so anti-smoking for many reasons. My dad passed away for smoke related diseases, I do think it ages you. It had nothing to do with cancer.

"... I blamed it on racism, misogyny and sexual humiliation... I think for somebody who's lost her brother to cancer and I can't even say those words sometimes, it wouldn't make any sense why I would then a women for having chemotherapy.
"My brother had the worst of chemotherapy and he died, so why would I bring chemotherapy into it, why would I bring cancer into it, that wasn't in my head. It was about smoking, smoking does age you and Kate has smoked in the past."
Kaur also revealed that the trolling on Twitter had become so severe that she's had to get the police involved after she received heaps of abuse.

"The abuse, like you said you've not even showed the worst of it, has gone to the Metropolitan Police, it's that bad," she added.
"... I've had all kinds of threats and that doesn't equate to a woman just asking 'Does Kate Middleton smoke?' It doesn't match, it doesn't tally."
