Prince Harry has given clues about how he really feels about the rift between him and the royal family, including his brother Prince William and father King Charles.
In a new ITV documentary, the Duke of Sussex has spoken about his battle with the tabloid press - and revealed a lot more than people expected.
In the feature length documentary titled 'Tabloids On Trial', Harry opens up on his ‘destroyed’ relationship with the Royal Family and how his battle with the tabloid press, including his case against The Mirror Group Newspapers for phone hacking, has ultimately had an impact on the family as a whole.

In a preview clip from the documentary, the host, Becca Barry asked him: "To what extent do you think your determination to fight the tabloids destroyed your relationship with your family?"
Harry replied: "It is certainly a central piece to it.
"It is a hard question to answer because anything I say about my family results in a torrent of abuse from the press.

"I have made it very clear that this is something that needs to be done.
"It would be nice if we did it as a family, I believe from a service standpoint and when you are in a public role these are the things we should be doing for the greater good.
"I am doing this for my reasons."
He added: "For me, the mission continues. But, it has ... caused part of a rift."

Whilst his words are telling, it's his body language that reveals the most as an expert has pointed out how 'stressed' he is.
Speaking to The List, body language expert Traci Brown explained: "What we see from Harry is stress and contempt."
She also added that signs of stress are common from Harry when he's interviewed and this is 'his stressful baseline.'

She then added: "When he gets stressed, as this topic is for him, his blink rate increases and becomes irregular.
"He shows contempt, which is moral superiority when one side of the corner of his mouth pulls back."
Prince Harry stepped back from the royal family, alongside wife Meghan Markle, in 2020, and has since had an estranged relationship with them ever since. Since moving to the US and relinquishing his duties as a working royal, Harry has made controversial comments about the royal family in interviews, in his and Meghan's joint Netflix documentary and in his 2023 autobiography, 'Spare'.
His latest interview looks set to be filled with more eye opening comments, as he discusses his treatment in the media and his relationship with the rest of the royal family.
