Prince Harry reportedly invited one royal family member for Christmas which make things awkward for King Charles.
Christmas is just a couple weeks away now and it's clear the royal family are already making plans on how to spend the festive season.
Now, according to sources, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who relocated to the US back in 2020 - have extended an invitation to one family member and her family who have also been invited to the traditional royal gathering at Sandringham in the UK.

According to the Express, Harry invited his cousin, Princess Eugenie, to spend the holidays in California with him and Meghan.
Eugenie, who has stayed close to her cousin and his wife even after their departure from the UK four years ago, was reportedly invited to Montecito alongside her husband Jack Brooksbank and their two children, August and Ernest.
The outlet states that a 'well-placed insider' claimed that while Harry's invite was welcomed, it left Eugenie in a 'very difficult position' as she now has to consider travelling across the pond so that her sons can see their cousins, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as well as auntie and uncle.

The sources that cousins Harry and Eugenie are 'keen for their children to share a close family connection as they grow up'.
The source carried on: "It would be so nice for the children to spend time with their cousins. The diary is very tight over the holidays but there might be a slot free around New Years’ time for everyone to come together at some point."
Eugenie is one of Prince Andrew's daughters, Princess Beatrice is the other, which he shares with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson.

"The York sisters are said to be unhappy at the King's treatment of their father Prince Andrew surrounding the future of Royal Lodge and that could persuade Eugenie to take up Harry's offer," the outlet continues.
The insider continued: "Eugenie is in a difficult position because she’s always been close to Harry, but she is mindful of how that relationship could affect her standing with the rest of her family.
"She is always trying to manage a difficult balancing act which can become quite tiresome at times."
"Eugenie doesn’t want to jeopardise the family’s renewed goodwill efforts," they added.
