Hotel receptionist sent mum disturbing texts right after sneaking into her room to smell her underwear

Hotel receptionist sent mum disturbing texts right after sneaking into her room to smell her underwear

Rara Armstrong was with her 11-year-old son when it happened

A mum experienced a terrifying ordeal on holiday when a hotel receptionist broke into her room and sent ‘creepy’ texts.

When Rara Armstrong was sunning it up in Benidorm, she came across a man who would make her incredibly ‘uncomfortable’ with a disgusting act.

It all began when the 39-year-old checked in to the Ambassador Playa II hotel with her 11-year-old son.

The OnlyFans creator booked through LoveHolidays and was puzzled as to why the keys to her room were not working upon checking in.

That’s when she took a trip to reception to clear things up and her nightmare began.

The mum felt ‘violated' however when the hotel worker allegedly looked her up on OnlyFans by using her booking data, and 'inappropriately' asked for her number because he waned to take her out.

She declined his invitation, but it only got worse from there.

Hours later she realised he had subscribed to her account, and began sending her 'harassing' messages, which left her feeling unsafe in the hotel.

When she confronted the man, he then began to plead with Rara not to tell the hotel about what he had done.

In the messages can be seen writing: "Please don't say anything...will not bother you...just wanted to see you for a meeting coffee or something, not more, trust me."

She went on to tell him to leave her alone after a few back-and-forth messages and he replied: "I am deciding person and not stalker, just wanted to feel how is meeting with a star."

However, it doesn’t appear he got the message as on the last night of her holiday, upon returning to her room she found a bottle of Prosecco that the man had dropped off.

She said: "I thought 'what the hell?' So I messaged him on my OnlyFans and said 'did you just drop some wine off in my room?'

"He said 'Yeah, I just wanted to say sorry for upsetting you'.

"I stupidly thought 'OK, fair enough'."

But it would only get worse for the mother.

Just before she went back out, she decided to see if anything else would go on while she was gone so she set up her son's iPad to capture and footage if the man returned.

Just 15 minutes later he returned to her room, rifled through her belongings and even grabbed one of her thongs, sniffed it and took it with him as a keepsake.

She said: "It made me feel horrible, I felt so violated.

"It was crazy. I wasn't expecting something like that."

After complaining about her awful experience at the hotel, the staff arranged for her and her son to stay in a new room, and while the hotel claims to have advised to her go to the police, Rara denies this happened.

Since returning home, Rara said that she hasn’t been able to file a Spanish police report and the company won’t refund her for her horrifying stay or compensate her because there’s no police report.

LoveHolidays said that because Rara did not report it to them while she was still on holiday, they couldn’t advise her on getting support and that’s why she wasn’t compensated.

A LoveHolidays spokesperson said: "We are very sorry to hear of Ms Armstrong's experience while on holiday.

"Unfortunately we were not made aware of the incident while she was on holiday, so we were unable to provide her with support or advice on making a police report during her stay.

"We have fully investigated the issue with the hotel and are confident the appropriate action has been taken to ensure this does not happen again."

LADbible Group contacted the Ambassador Playa II hotel for comment.
