The man who was branded a ‘creep’ for dating a woman ‘trapped in a child’s body’ has shared an update on their supposed romance.
Earlier this year, 26-year-old Dan Swygart hit out at trolls criticising him for dating 23-year-old Shauna Rae, the star of TLC series I Am Shauna Rae.
Shauna Rae’s growth as stunted by brain cancer treatment as a baby, meaning she now stands at 3ft 10 as a fully grown adult.

In her reality show, viewers saw her enjoy few dates with Dan, from Wales, who was later attacked by internet trolls accusing him of being a ‘creep’.
In the wake of the comments, his parents told the Daily Mail that there was ‘no relationship’ and that the pair were in fact just ‘friends’.
Dan has now shared something of an update on social media as fans of the show continue to wonder if he is still dating Shauna Rae.

"Literally every single time I go on Facebook or YouTube all I see are videos of me and Shauna," he wrote on Instagram alongside a screengrab of an article on Facebook.
He added: “Again, me and Shauna are still good friends getting to know each other.”
Dan previously called on others to stop ‘dehumanising’ Shauna, saying the response to them dating was ‘absolutely disgusting’.

“She's been through so much in life, she survived cancer as a child, she's always felt different and been treated different by society,” he said in a video.
"But how dare you take away her right, her human right, to have a connection, a friendship, a relationship with someone else. Who are you to say that she can't have that?
"I am absolutely disgusted towards some people's attitudes towards her and my friendship with her. I cannot believe some people who deny her the right to have a friendship or a connection with someone else."

Dan ended the video by thanking everyone else who got in touch to talk about the positive impact the show had on them.
He continued: "Despite all of the hate there has been some amazing things which have come from the show and I'm so proud to have had that positive impact on the world.
"So many people who have disabilities or have friends and family who have disabilities have reached out and said 'thank you' for showcasing that it's ok to build a connection, a friendship, with someone who's different by society's standards.
"It's given so many people hope that despite them being different they too can find an amazing friendship and connection with someone."
