Love Island alum turned presenter Olivia Attwood is being labelled a total genius for revealing her ultimate heat hack to fans.
Forget a new 'hero product' that will set you back almost fifty quid, the product of the moment is actually just the humble deodorant.
Summer is approaching and while we're loving being able to bask in some glorious rays, we're not such huge fans of the sweat that comes with it.

It might sound like a small price to pay for the beautiful weather we wait all year for - but it seems like a never-ending battle.
Well, everyone's fave reality TV star has given us the ultimate solution for that pesky SULA.
In case you've managed to miss what phenomenon that acronym refers to, it's the sweat that gathers on our top lip - otherwise known as Sweaty Upper Lip Alert.
Sometimes we take Hot Girl Summer way too literally.
Olivia, 33, stunned her followers when she posted a 'Get Ready With Me' video while on holiday last June.
Shortly after contouring her face, she applies a stick of deodorant to her upper lip.
Viewers were equally stunned and perplexed, prompting Olivia to explain her actions later in the day as she basked in 38 degree heat (jealous).
She wrote on Instagram: "So basically what you need to know is setting your makeup with stick deodorant will change your life.
"This is one back from my vegas pageant days lol.
"I use it anywhere you get make up movement in the heat on a bare face first and then I go over at the end."
Of course, it's not the same deodorant she uses on her pits - she has a separate one in her make up kit.
She added: "We aren't going armpits to face, we aren't animals.
"It's 40 degrees here and my make-up didn't move all day.
"Your welcome x."
It's been a lightbulb moment for many, myself included.
Because what could ever be worse than face perspiration or battling to reapply more makeup in the scorching heat?
Fans piled on the praise in Olivia's comments.
One person wrote: "Omg, might have found a cure my SULA."
Another added: "What a good idea, I will be trying this."
A third chimed: "Genius."
