Anyone with a same-sex sibling whose close in age knows nothing is ever just 'yours', it's 'ours'.
Particularly in the case of sisters, sharing everything you own - clothes, make-up, hair products, shoes - is just a part of daily life, no matter how much it might drive you insane.
I imagine, however, that if I'm describing you so far, that you likely draw the line at sharing intimate items - such as underwear - with your sibling, right?

Well, for identical twins Brigette and Danielle Pheloung, the decision to share knickers and bras is all part of the fun of sisterhood...
The fashion influencers - who recently appeared on Danielle Carolan and Brooke Miccio's popular podcast Gals On The Go - have since faced backlash for their TMI confession, despite arguing that it's totally normal to share undergarments.
"Do you want to know something crazy?" Brigette teased during the controversial episode earlier this month.

"Wait, I'm actually embarrassed to say this", she added.
It was then that she revealed that, between them, the pair only have 'one bra'.
Blown away by the controversial revelation, the hosts were even further blindsided after Brigette added: "And we share underwear!"
Carolan can be heard exclaiming: "Oh, that's crazy!"

Delving into the realities behind their admission, the pair explained that they often share underwear without even thinking, being that they have a 'shared drawer' in their New York apartment.
Brigette then explained the 'one bra' claim, adding: "We only have one bra because we don't wear bras. But whenever we need a bra, we're fighting over it."
They went on to reveal, however, that when they say 'one bra', they actually mean, two, being that they've actually got one nude coloured, and one black one.

"So it's basically like having one bra," they explained.
Then, asked why they feel so comfortable sharing such personal items, the pair claimed that it's simply because they've 'never been apart', and have lived together since birth.
In the days after their dubious hygiene habit, the sisters took to TikTok to poke fun at the backlash they've since received.
A video captioned 'If ykyk' ['if you know, you know] saw the twins jokingly fighting over a nude coloured bra, with text which read: "How you guys expected us to act the second we decided we were moving away from each other."

The duo have since discussed the ins and outs of their sharing habits on social media, revealing that they shared the same makeup bag until five years ago, share clothes, use the same brand of fake tan, and go to the same nail bar and hair salon.
