According to Manchester Evening News, one of the biggest areas of confusion for customers using the pop-up site surrounded the login process.
Instead of using their original details connected to their regular ASOS account, shoppers were asked to create a whole new account altogether.
The retailer has confirmed that this process is just a feature of the new site and shouldn't be raising any alarm bells.

A spokesperson for ASOS also explained: "The site is part of ASOS' plans to right-size its stock portfolio, as announced at full-year results in October 2022.
"In our P3 trading update on 15 June, we reported that ASOS is on track to deliver a 20% year-on-year reduction in stockholding by the end of its current financial year, with inventory in P3 down by c.15% on FY22."
While the slashed prices and vast selection of garments may be tempting, remember, as always, to shop responsibly and only buy things that you will actually wear.
