Nike has taken a huge step forward for mothers, meaning they no longer have to compromise on a workout and breastfeeding their little ones.
Postpartum life is hard enough, and it can often be a huge adjustment to get used to a new life, a new and changed body and a totally different routine.

After six weeks (when it's safe to do so) returning to exercise or a gentle workout can be hugely helpful, but often sportswear and sports bras don't really meet the demands of new motherhood.
Step up Nike, who have created a new pump-compatible sports bra and it comes with so many features to adapt to a woman's body after having a baby.
The new Nike (M) Swoosh Bra (£74.95/ $95) features built-in breast pump pockets, nursing support, rib and cup adjustability, and even breast milk leak protection.

It uses a special moisture-managing material that helps prevent visible breast milk leaks, made to provide the flexibility mothers need without feeling self-conscious.
The bra can also be able to adapt to a changing body thanks to the bra features adjustable cup capacity, and its flexible and adjustable bottom band expands meaning its gentle on the stomach and can adapt to how the post baby body changes.
The bra's padded foam straps are also designed to alleviate pressure points and avoid discomfort, whilst mesh layers provide ventilation and stay-put wearable breast pump support— even during exercise.

Essentially it's the sports bra that new mums are going to be reaching for thanks to its clever design, which was created by a mum herself in the Nike team.
Fanny Ho, whose son is now six years old, explained: "The market is limited when it comes to nursing sports bras, especially in the performance space—they're either too stretchy and unsupportive or they're too structured and can't expand to adjust to hourly breast-size fluctuations or wearable breast pumps.
"We spoke to countless women throughout this project who felt they were always having to compromise between comfort and support, and we wanted to create a product that could give them both."
She added: "So many mothers and passionate partners hustled to create these products because we knew that mothers needed them yesterday."

As a nod to the new bra and its motherhood inspired range, Nike is also expanding its motherhood-inspired workouts on the Nike Training Club App too.
The maternity bra is part of Nike's iconic Swoosh range, which recently added the Futuremove, Zanvy Strappy and Flyknit to its bra collection.
New additions to Nike's womenswear offering also include the Nike Go firm support leggings and the Zenvy high-waisted flare leggings.
