A costume supervisor on the Gilmore Girls has finally set the record straight about Rory Gilmore's pregnancy.
Look, I know it’s been more than six years since we last saw mother and daughter duo Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel) on our screens and we should all probably have moved on with our lives - but if, like me, you’ve spent the years since Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life aired wondering exactly who Rory’s baby daddy was, then you’re in luck. You can see the revelation here:
For those who can’t quite remember, the popular show originally aired seven seasons from 2000 to 2007. Then, in 2016 Netflix released a four-part mini-series, with each episode centred on a season: Winter, Spring, Summer and finally Fall.

In the final scene in Fall, Rory revealed to her mum that she was pregnant, but viewers were left in the dark about who the father was.
Now Valerie Campbell, a costume supervisor who worked on Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, has taken to TikTok to share her views on the whole thing.
In the clip, Valerie - who uses the handle @valeriescateyescream on TikTok - took a look at some potential daddys, including that bloke who was dressed like a Wookiee who Rory had a one-night stand with.

However, as Valerie points out in her video, a simple bit of maths would rule him out, as the one-night stand took place in the Spring episode, meaning Rory would be heavily pregnant by the time November rolled around.
Valerie notes: "And we never gave her a pregnancy belly. We were never instructed to give her one. It is definitely not the Wookiee."
Valerie was also able to rule out Paul (Jack Carpenter) who Rory was sleeping with in Winter as, again, the maths ain’t mathing, because Rory would have already given birth by Fall.

So who is it? Well, fans may remember that Rory and her on-off boyfriend Logan (Matt Czuchry) hooked up for one final fling during the Fall episode of the show - and you know what that means?
"The only obvious choice is - you guessed it - Logan," Valerie said.
She went on to add: "It was supposed to be very, very, very, very, very obvious."
In a follow-up clip, Valerie reiterated: “Must I remind you, the math! If it was Paul, she would've had a baby in the Fall. If it was the Wookiee, she would've been about to burst."
