Gogglebox Stars Heartbroken As Beloved Rottweiler Dies

Gogglebox favourites The Malone family have shared the devastating news that their beloved Rottweiler Lucy has sadly passed away.
Lucy and her fellow Rottweilers, Dave and Bob, were series regulars alongside the Malone family on the Channel 4 series.
The news of Lucy's passing comes soon after Izzey, another over their Rottweilers, died last year.

Julie Malone took to social media on Wednesday to announce the heartbreaking update.
Sharing a photo of himself kissing Lucy's head, Tom wrote: "Today we said goodbye to our beloved Lucy, she fought right to the end to stay with us.
"Now reunited with her sister Izzey. There are no words to describe how much you meant to us. Rest In Peace Sweetheart ,you will always be in our hearts xx."
Tom Malone Jr added in the comments: "Rest in peace sweet girl 💗 thinking of you all xx"
Thousands have already taken to the comment section of Tom's emotional post to share their condolences.
Fellow Gogglebox stars Dave and Shirley posted: "Sorry to hear that Tom 😢😢 love dave and shirley xx".
Meanwhile, Gogglebox regular Izzi Warner wrote: "Rest in peace sweet girl 💗 thinking of you all xx".
Among the countless messages of love and support, one fan wrote: "Lucy was a British tv icon… sending you woofs and barks at this difficult time 💜🐾x."
Another added: "So sorry to read this. Run free Lucy over the rainbow 🌈.
Tom Malone Jr also shared his own emotional tribute to Lucy with a touching photo of him kissing Lucy's forehead.
He captioned the photo: "Rest easy Lucy, you were a good girl 💔 🙏🏻🐾".
The youngest of the Malone family announced plans to part ways with Gogglebox last year.
In a post to social media at the time, he announced: "So after 6 and a half years it's finally time to put down the remote, and to say goodbye to Gogglebox.
"I've loved every minute and I'm eternally grateful to @channel4 and @studiolambert for allowing me to be a part of the show.
"But new opportunities are knocking on the door and it's time to explore them."
