Kim Kardashian is known for her daring fashion choices and it seems like one of her future looks could have been made out of her mother’s bones.
During this week’s episode of The Kardashians, family matriarch Kris Jenner documented her hip surgery. Watch the video below:
In the previous episode, the 66-year-old discussed her pending hip replacement with her daughters, Kim and Khloe.

When Kris finally went to the hospital for surgery, however, she later revealed that Kim had a strange request for the surgeon.
“Kim asked the doctor to save her my bones so she could make jewellery out of it,” the reality star confessed. Yes, really.
Khloé, 38, was intrigued about the possible jewellery designs, but Kylie, 25, thought the whole situation was ‘weird’.
And it appears that Kris agreed with the latter, replying: “It’s creepy."

However, Khloé swiftly reminded her mum about the time when she made her own posthumous jewellery request.
“Remember when you wanted your ashes to be made into necklaces for us?” she said.
“That’s a great idea,” Kris retorted.

However, Kim was a huge source of support for her mum during the surgery and admitted that she didn’t feel nervous about it. “I’m not nervous,” she confessed.
“My mum is 66 years young. It’s always scary going into surgery, but she’s in the best hands. And I’ve threatened everyone’s lives, so.”
Kris also shared details about her recovery, saying: “I’m feeling pretty good, actually. I’m so excited to get back to the office on a regular basis, get back to playing with my grandkids, giving Corey a little more attention – if you know what I mean.”

During the same episode, Kylie, who welcomed her second child in February, opened up about her baby blues.
Speaking with Kendall, 26, about how she’s feeling after the birth, she revealed how she’s learning to love her new body.
“It's been really hard for me,” Kylie confessed. “I cried nonstop every day for the first three weeks. It's just the baby blues, and then it kinda goes away”.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder said she experienced the same emotions after welcoming her first child, four-year-old daughter Stormi.

“I cried for, like, three weeks,” she added. “Like, every day to the point where I would be laying in bed and my head would just hurt so bad" after Kendall said that her 'hormones are probably all over the place'.
