The Love Island 2022 finale has begun and viewers at home watched as the couples read their declarations of love to each other. However one detail in Dami Hope's speech for Indiyah Polack has left fans calling him 'brave'. Watch below.
As the other finalists watched the romantic moment unfold, Dami said: “I’m so excited to get out with you and do everything we’ve spoken about, so basically Summer… autumn, winter, spring. I can’t wait to spend each season with you.”

We see what you did there, sir!
It seems Twitter caught on to the sassy joke about his ex-fling Summer Botwe as well, with one viewer writing: "That Summer joke ain’t going to slide with one person Dami”.
Another confused viewer wrote: "Hold on was dami trying to funny by saying summer?"
A third Love Island fan chimed in and tweeted: "SO BASICALLY SUMMER???? Dami is playing with fire".

The Irish scientist left his fellow islanders in shock when he decided to leave Indiyah and recouple with new bombshell Summer.
In his recoupling speech, Dami boldly said: "Summer isn't over" before announcing his decision to recouple.
Today marks the last ever episode of the current series and to celebrate the occasion, islanders are invited to take part in a salsa lesson.

After salsa dance extravaganza came to an end with the finalists jumping into the pool, the islanders must then follow tradition and read their declarations for each other to summarise their Love Island journey before heading home.
The couples do not hold back from expressing their love and appreciation for each other and Ekin-Su and Davide - just like Dami and Indiyah - were no exception.
"I love everything about you," the Turkish actor can be heard saying in the first look for tonight's grand finale. "You're my soulmate."

Davide, reading his own declaration, says: "There is a saying that when the right person crosses your path, you feel it straight away... and we felt that."
This is so adorable!
