Love Island 2022 has been drama-packed, and we've seen more than a few unusual antics from the islanders - like Ekin-Su crawling around on her hands and knees to meet Jay, for instance.
But now Jay's in the spotlight after fans of the hit show spotted his unusual breakfast choice and took to Twitter to express their horror. Watch Jay's sneaky behaviour with Ekin-Su below:
Jay, like basically every male Love Island contestant ever, is a fan of the gym and that means making sure he gets enough protein to sustain his workouts.

However, instead of eating his eggs poached, scrambled... or basically cooked in any way, the 28-year-old investment analysis eats them raw.
WebMD reports that raw eggs can have a number of nutritional benefits as they are full of not only protein but micronutrients like calcium and vitamin D.
However, as most of us learned back in school, raw eggs also come with a pretty serious salmonella risk, which explains Twitter's reaction to Jay's breakfast.

One user wrote: "Why the f did Jay just drink raw eggs? [sic]"
"Did Jay really drink egg whites?? I thought that was only done in cartoons??? [sic]" questioned a second viewer.
A third joked: "Jay as a kid drinking his daily 12 eggs."
"Jay when he gets salmonella from drinking raw eggs every morning," wrote a fourth viewer.
A fifth wished Jay's unusual breakfast had never been aired, writing: "i did not need to see jay GULPING down raw eggs [sic]."
The unusual breakfast comes amid drama between Paige, Jay and Jacques.

While Paige told Jay that she is getting to know him and Jacques, in last night's episode, he said he was getting mixed signals.
She said to him: "I totally understand it can feel awkward and stuff when you see me be with Jacques. I just don't like being that person in the middle, do you know what I mean?"
Jay, however, replied: "I won't lie, this morning when I woke up I was feeling a bit of mixed signals.
"If you say you're open to getting to know me, cool, but obviously last night I saw you and Jacques had a moment together and I thought maybe it's just a bit too late for me..."

It remains to be seen if the love triangle will continue, but one thing is guaranteed - the islanders' worlds are soon to be shaken by Casa Amor.
Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9:00pm.
