A 21-year-old woman is fed up of her mum who still tracks her location and follows her when she leaves the house.
Jazz Jennings, a reality star, social media personality and Harvard student, has been loving her newfound independence since turning 21, but her mother Jeanette isn't so keen on the idea.
Jazz is the star of her own TLC show, I Am Jazz, which follows her through teen drama, high school, and now college through the lens of a transgender girl.

With the reality series is now on its eighth season, fans have seen Jazz grow from a teenager struggling with insecurity, her physical transitions, and the typical drama of a teenage girl, to a bright young woman and Harvard student.
Unfortunately, because of Jazz's gender identity and high profile, she has gotten a lot of hate over the years, making it even tougher for her already worried mum to let go.
In the latest episode of I Am Jazz, a night out with friends quickly turned into a stand-off when Jazz found out that her mum had been tracking her location all night.
"I just wanted to let you know that your mom's here," one of Jazz's friends tells her while they're taking photos at a 'selfie museum.'

When Jazz heads outside to find her mother sitting in the parking lot, she's not exactly thrilled.
The mother and daughter argue back and forth about boundaries, with Jeanette asking Jazz why she hadn't been answering her phone, and Jazz gently urging her mum to back off.
"How did you even find me?" she asks Jeanette.

"Your tracker is on," her mum replies.
"When will the day come when you no longer track my phone? Or are you going to always track me?"
In a cutaway clip, Jeanette admits that she's 'always gonna worry' about her daughter, and doesn't think that she'll 'ever completely let Jazz go'.
The reaction to Jazz and Jeanette's confrontation has been pretty split, with some fans agreeing that Jazz's mum needs to cut the apron strings.

"Wow her mom has some serious attachment issues she needs to work on like that is crazy. Jazz has been through enough," commented one viewer.
But others can see where her mum is coming from.
Another fan wrote: "She's a public figure who has received many death threats and there are a whole bunch of people who would actually harm her for [who] she is. If I was a mother, I'd be worried too if she didn't answer the phone."

Ahead of the premiere of season eight, Jazz admitted that she has been getting 'death threats almost on a daily basis,' so it's easy to see why her family are so worried about her.
"I do feel protected at school. I think they have my back and they're going to handle any situation," she says.
"But it is really, really scary. And it's sad that we live in a world where people want to kill others just for being who they are."
I Am Jazz is available to watch on TLC.
