Love Island fans are feeling concerned for Paige Thorne after a first look clip for Monday evening's episode, July 11, shows her getting to know new (but also old) boy Adam Collard.

Fans will know that in Sunday's episode, a preview to Monday showed 2018 islander Adam Collard returning to this year's series as a bombshell.

Adam was criticised during the 2018 series of the show after he was accused of 'gaslighting behaviour' towards Rosie Williams, with charity Women's Aid issuing a warning during his time on the reality series.
Back in 2018, Katie Ghose, Chief Executive of Women’s Aid said in a statement: “On the latest series of Love Island, there are clear warning signs in Adam’s behaviour. In a relationship, a partner questioning your memory of events, trivialising your thoughts or feelings, and turning things around to blame you can be part of pattern of gaslighting and emotional abuse.
“Last night, Rosie called out Adam’s unacceptable behaviour on the show. We ask viewers to join her in recognising unhealthy behaviour in relationships and speaking out against all forms of domestic abuse – emotional as well as physical.
"It is only when we make a stand together against abuse in relationships that we will see attitudes change and an end to domestic abuse.”

Tyla has reached out to ITV for comment.
With Adam's return, and him seemingly getting to know Paige, fans are concerned, with one person writing on Twitter: "I’m calling it now, Adam will crack on with Paige, hurt her and then Jacques will be there to pick up the pieces."
While another said: "Paige low-key reminds me of Rosie a bit so if Adam goes for her let’s just hope it doesn’t end how Adam and Rosie did."

And a third added: "Adam about to play Paige like he did Rosie in 2018."
Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Paige is gonna get played by Adam as well ain’t no way."
It's certainly been a rocky ride for Paige so far, after having her heart broken when she returned from Casa Amor to find Jacques had been getting to know – and kissing – Cheyenne.

Ever since, Jacques has been doing his best to win over Paige - but could he be too late after Adam's arrival?
