Fans have since flocked to Twitter in utter shock over a scene involving Divergent star Theo James.
The second season of The White Lotus stars James as wealthy businessman Cameron Babcock and Meghann Fahy as housewife Daphne Babcock, on holiday with their friends Ethan and Harper Spiller (played by Will Sharpe and Aubrey Plaza).
The scene which has left viewers almost speechless sees Cameron offered a pair of Ethan's swimming trunks by Harper.
Cameron changes into the trunks in the bedroom and Harper goes into the bathroom. However, she can't help but catch sight of Cameron's naked body - it being hard to ignore one particular feature of his, dangling down and reflected in the mirror.

The scene has resulted in fans of the show only talking about one thing.
One said: "When I tell you me and my BF screamed."
"The look on Aubrey’s face… yeah she’s all of us in that moment," another wrote.

However, another viewed the scene as 'lame,' arguing James had a 'very obvious' prosthetic on.
A final simply resolved: "D**ks are so weird, they just be flopping around."
Despite the shocked reactions online to the scene, James reflected his nude scenes were actually 'toned down' significantly.
He said: "The initial version we shot was way too much. So, we did a more subtle version."

The actor also explained there is 'a purpose' to his character's nudity which will all become apparent in episode five.
"It’s interesting, [because] at first…we don’t know whether it’s deliberate or [if] it’s accidental. But it reveals itself," he notes.
While the second season similarly revolves around a murder like season one, its focus is more on 'sexual politics'.

Reflecting on the drive behind the second season - which is set in Sicily - writer Mike White explained: "The kind of mythology of Sicily, at least from the point of view of Americans, is the archetypal sexual politics and role play that you associate with, like, opera and the mafia and Italian romance.
"I felt like it should be more focused on men and women and relationships and adultery and have an operatic feel to it, so I pivoted."
The first episode of the second season of The White Lotus premiered last night, but you can catch up on HBO, HBO Max, Now TV and Sky Now.
