Aaron Carter's mother has posted a series of pictures on social media showing the scene where her son died as she called on police to further investigate his death.
The 34-year-old was found dead by Los Angeles Police Department officers at his home in Lancaster, California and a member of his team confirmed his death on 5 November last year.
Officials said his body had been found in a bathtub but no water had been found in Carter's lungs, meaning they ruled out drowning as a possible cause of death.

The cause of Aaron Carter's death is yet to be confirmed as toxicology reports have not yet been finished, but Carter's mother Jane Schneck said the 'coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose'.
Jane said she had the support of the rest of the family in posting the photos of the scene of her son's death.
Calling for a 'real investigation', she said people had sent Aaron death threats and there were 'people who were making his life miserable' as she urged the authorities to look further into it.

She wrote: "Still trying to get a real investigation for the death of my son Aaron Carter.
"I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose. They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past."
"Look at the photos. They were not taken by the police. But they allowed people to go in and out. A lot of potential homicide information was there for years."

"Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable."
In January Carter’s fiancée Melanie Martin joined calls from Jane to investigate whether a potential drug deal on the night of Aaron's death contributed to his passing.
Martin said her 'heart is completely broken' following Aaron's death, adding that she 'knew he was struggling, and I tried everything to help him'.

Carter's brother Nick spoke out at the time of the 34-year-old's death to pay tribute to Aaron's memory and admitted that while they had a 'complicated relationship' his love for his brother 'never ever faded'.
A month after her son's death Jane said the family wanted Aaron's one-year-old son Prince to inherit everything, saying the rest of the family didn't need the money while ensuring that her grandson would be 'taken care of'.
The cause of Carter's death is yet to be confirmed.
