In a new interview with OK! Magazine, Ferne said she's hoping to have a girl and wants to have a water birth at home.

But that came after Ferne received some truly devastating news, which she shared on her new reality TV show, Ferne McCann: First Time Mum, which is set to air on ITV tonight.

The Mirror reports that Ferne actually went through a miscarriage, just five weeks into a previous pregnancy.
Talking to the camera on Ferne McCann: First Time Mum, the TV personality said: "We found out that I was pregnant, we were so excited and it just felt like the right time to expand out family."
But Ferne was then seen telling her therapist during a joint session with partner Lorri: "And then very early on, I, I ummm, we had, we had a miscarriage as well."
The camera then turned to Ferne once more when she delivered a very emotional message to viewers.

She said: "When I was five weeks and I started bleeding and I was desperately scouring the internet, because I didn't want to admit what I knew deep down was actually happening and that was my body rejecting and letting go of this baby.
"I was really, really upset. I think Lorri found it really hard to comprehend."
But later on in the episode, Ferne found out that she was expecting once more, with herself and Lorri speaking about having another baby, following the devastating miscarriage.

Elsewhere in her new TV show, Ferne joyfully announced that she was pregnant to some of her closest pals while on the beach throwing pebbles.
Each of her friends were given a pebble, which read 'I am pregnant', with it coming as a shock to all of them.
On the show, Ferne said: "These guys are my besties and have been there for me through thick and thin.
"They're Sunday's godparents. I love them all to bits and I can't wait to see their faces."
