The reality TV star, 34, who found fame after taking part in The X Factor in 2012, wore three pendants pinned to his cream-coloured suit.
Two of the pendants held photos of his late father Paul Quickenden and brother Oliver Quickenden.
The third pendant carried a message to both of his beloved family members.

“Dad and Oliver I know you would be here today if you weren't in heaven so far away,” the tribute read.
Love Island star Chris Hughes, who is one of Jake’s friends and wedding guests, filmed the pendants and the groom’s outfit and shared it on Instagram.
After the reading the words aloud, Chris added: "It's a lovely little touch.”
Jake responded: “You're making me cry. Come on, Let's get married”.

Both Jake’s dad and brother died of bone cancer. Paul passed away in 2008 while Oliver was diagnosed in 2010 when he was only 16. He died in 2012 surrounded by his family.
Jake and Sophie named their one-year-old son Leo Oliver Quickenden after Oliver.
Jake has previously spoken openly about the effect losing both family members in the span of four years and how he struggled to handle his grief.

“They were just very, very unlucky,” he told The Sun. “I struggled a lot, especially as [Oliver] was my little brother – he was 19 – and because I should be looking after him.
"I went into a downward spiral. I’m not talking about it because I want pity but I decided to talk about it to let people know you can come out of it and be alright."
On Monday (5 September) Jake and his wife Sophie shared the first picture from their ceremony on Instagram. He captioned the post: “Yesterday was a movie…. Mr and Mrs Quickenden.
“Can honestly say it was the best day of our lives. Amazing people, incredible food, loads of partying, lots of laughs & memories to last a lifetime.”
