And one story showed Kourtney receiving a birthday surprise outside her house - a Mariachi band performing the birthday song with a twist.
In the clip, Kourtney was wearing what appears to be black cargo pants a hoodie, with her hair tied back with a simple centre part and appears to not be wearing any makeup as she smiles back at the camera during the song.
The writing over the video says: "Woke up from my birthday nap to this surprise."
That's one way to wake up from a nap, but Kourtney certainly looked delighted with her birthday serenade.

And most fans were quick to praise her for how 'beautiful' she looked in the seemingly unedited video.
A screenshot of the video was shared on Reddit, with the comment reading: "Just saw Kourt's IG story and I love seeing her beautiful wrinkles.
"I know the bar is low but it's just refreshing to see a Kardashian not filtering wrinkles out."

She has since been inundated with compliments on the thread.

Another said: "She looks beautiful and happy."

While another said: "Those are wrinkles from happiness! And that is beautiful."
And a third commented on how 'truly happy' she looked, saying: "When you're truly happy and feel loved by your partner, you reach a certain level of freedom from how others perceive you."
A big theme running throughout was how she's changed in recent years since getting married to Travis Barker.
"She's truly in love and I love that for her," one fan enthused.

This glimpse into a bit of apparent Kardashian normality happened after Kourtney appeared to take a side in the alleged feud between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez.
Younger sister, Kylie Jenner, was dragged into the drama in February after being accused of allegedly throwing shade towards Selena with a post about eyebrow lamination.
Kourtney's wellness brand, Lemme, however, featured the track 'The Heart Wants What It Wants' in a TikTok video.
This was all fans needed to start theorising, with one fan commenting: "Kourtney is team Selena."
And some speculated that the use of the song is simply a good marketing technique - as it certainly got people talking.
