Little Mix has made a subtle change to lyrics in one of their songs following Jesy Nelson’s departure from the band.
Jesy broke the news in December 2020 that she wouldn’t be returning to the band following an
extended break away from performing alongside them.

Now, it appears the current band members, Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, have revisited the undoubtedly difficult moment that Jesy left.
At the launch of their Confetti tour, Perrie, Leigh-Anne and Jade stepped on stage in Belfast to kick off their ultimate live performances - but not without making one final change.
The trio reportedly changed the lyrics to Gloves Up to reflect their current band members.

In the previous lyrics of the song, the stars sang “legend of the four divas”, but fans more recently heard the group singing “legend of the three divas” on stage in recent moments.
Fans seemed to back the lyrics change, with one onlooker at the gig tweeting: “LEGEND OF THE THREE DIVAS YUP YUP [sic]”.
“gonna tell my kids about the legend of the three divas,” another wrote.

A different fan took to Twitter, saying: “Little Mix will perform gloves up and Leigh Anne will sing "legend of the three divas", it's over for all of us.#ConfettiTourBelfast”.
Jesy left the band two years ago after being the target of disgusting online abuse and bullying and openly shared how her time in the band affected her mental wellbeing.
