Love Island fans hardly recognise former contestant Harley Judge after the reality star underwent a major transformation.
For those whose memories need a bit of a rejig, Harley entered the Love Island villa back in 2017 for the ITV show's third season.
You'd be forgiven if you're still struggling to remember the Norwich local, seeing as he only lasted a total of six days in the villa.

When he first entered the villa on day one, Harley coupled up with Amber Davies.
During the first recoupling of the series, Amber ditched Harley and coupled up with Kem Cetinay, sending Harley packing. To rub further salt in the wounds, Amber and Kem went on the win the entire series. No hard feelings, right?
Before he walked into the villa, Harley admitted that one of his vices was being married to the gym - and now we can see it wasn't lying!

If you thought that Adam Collard was buff, wait until you see this guy!
It's no surprise that Harley, who worked as a groundsworker before his five minutes of fame, has gone on to become a trainer - specifically an 'International Physique Coach'.
Long gone are the days of grafting and pulling islanders for chats. Now, Harley's focus is coaching and bodybuilding.

The total bulk that Harley has undergone over the last five years is pretty hard to believe - especially when he was already leaving the Love Island villa packing a rock hard eight-pack.
According to one of his more newer Instagram posts, Harley currently weighs just over 100kg and is currently training for his latest competition.
The coach, who is surely no stranger to the spotlight at this stage, also recently spoke out about the negative comments people make about his chiseled appearance.
"In this day and age if you go to the gym 5-6 times a week, follow a meal plan, track macros, do cardio, track steps etc etc unfortunately we are the minority and going against the norm", he told his 139,000 followers.

"This means we are going to be subject to some type of comments at some point."
He continued: "The worst thing is these comments can come from complete strangers or the people closest to you like friends or family members.
"I’ve been living this lifestyle for a long time now so I’ve got a thick skin but someone who has just started out might not have the same outlook as me.

"Over the years I’ve been bodybuilding and pushing my body from one extreme to the other, I’ve learnt the best way to approach this is to actually confront the other person and explain the journey you are on."
The 27-year-old concluded: "They don’t have to agree with what you’re doing but if you’re clear on your goals then the opinion of others shouldn’t matter anyway. Half the time these comments are made because of jealousy or because you’re doing things they would never be able to commit too. Thrive off it and use it as fuel!"
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVHub.
