Jacques is now officially back home in the UK after leaving the villa, according to his mum, who shared an emotional post to social media following his return.
The 23-year-old rugby player made the difficult decision to exit the ITV reality series on Tuesday night's episode (12 July), after a difficult few days.
Less than 24 hours after the emotional episode aired, Jacques' mum Janet Wright confirmed that her son had made it home safe and sound, sharing a fan-created TikTok video to her Instagram account, compiling some of his best moments with fellow Islander and bff Luca Bish.

Set to the lyrics of Kodaline's song 'Brother', the video was simply captioned: "He is home."

Janet, who has been posting and interacting with fans since Jacques first set foot in the villa, also confirmed that her son will be back on social media as soon as Thursday (14 July).
Fans of the show watched Jacques announce his plans to the other Islanders and tell his romantic connection Paige Thorne that he needs some time to get back to feeling like himself.
He had a rocky final night in the villa after ultimate bombshell Adam Collard made his grand return to the series and immediately started to show an interest in Paige.
Paige's friends and family have strongly defended her decision to stay in the villa, taking to Instagram to remind people to 'be kind'.

"Little note that #BeKind applies to Paige too. If she decides to leave the villa that's her own decision, she has no obligation to follow Jacques – this is her experience just as much as his," the people running Paige's Instagram account wrote.
"There is only 2.5 weeks left of her once in a lifetime experience – let's not see her come out to any negativity."
